Therapeutic Bodywork
Our mind is brilliant. Yet, did you know that only 20% of all information is sent from mind to body? The remaining 80% flows from body to brain.
Which means this one thing: our bodies are a lot smarter than we think, and we can't just 'talk' our way out of it.
Therapeutic bodywork is a healing modality that includes your body, so that the wisdom of your body is activated and you can find a new balance within!

The Healing
is in your own Body
Presence | Safety | Intimacy | Liberation | Healing
Why bodywork?
All the times you may have been told that you need to push harder. The countless moments your parent(s) couldn't be with your emotions, so you sucked them up. The bullying by other children at school when you were young. Perhaps the time you got fired from a job. Or maybe it's that time that your relationship ended in a very painful way.
Our body holds on to those memories through for example muscle tension, back pains, your nervous system that gets disregulated easily, restlessness in your stomach or chest, not being able to surrender during sex, or a general feeling of disbalance.
Listen, there's nothing wrong with you. It happens to us all! Me included ;-). Yet, you really don't have to keep walking around with it.
How does it work?
Bodywork is deeply intimate. Just imagine... being held without needing to give anything back. You can truly relax into safe arms and feel nourished. Or imagine that you are being touched very slowly, in a place and in a way that reminds you how sensitive your skin is. Imagine how that alone can bring you to tears; you feel seen again.
Perhaps it's your long-lost desire to be tied up in ropes (Shibari), so that you can simply surrender and release control. Or maybe you feel you need more impact on your body with conscious kink / bdsm done in the most safe and therapeutic way.
There's not one way; there are many. Together we find your way. Are you in?

“Warmth, love and unwavering presence are the qualities I bring to the table to create a unique, safe space for my clients. Bodywork is deeply intimate; I'ts a privilege to be trusted like this.”
"What would you like to experience?"
It’s the first question I’ll ask you. Then, we explore your why. My super power is to guide you towards healing, learning new skills, exploring hidden or repressed parts of you, peeling off the layers. This is leading in the work we do. That's why it's therapeutic!
Bodywork sessions allow you to sink into a deeply meditative state. The brain starts creating delta waves, dopamine, serotonine, oxytocine and GABA. This state literally opens your mind and allows you to rewrite negative experiences into positive ones, or shift thought patterns that don't serve you.
This is how you safely create new imprints.
Energy can get stuck in the body; you can feel tense in certain places, or your skin / bodyparts may not feel as sensitive anymore. By applying conscious touch (pressure, stroking, using beautiful tools), other sensory input (music, smell) or even administering pain (using hands, whips, floggers or other tools) or immobilizing the body temporarily, stuck energy can start flowing again.

… The most effective sessions include aha-moments, maybe a little bit of oooffff ouch and hopefully some drops of oh yesss!
Let's take a closer look
at some options...
5 intelligence centers
As humans, our intelligence is multi-facetted: it's in the mind, the heart, the body and in our sex (yes, our genitals). And of course our higher self if you believe in that. In preparation of body work, I like to expand to the other intelligence centers too, including mind, heart, sex and soul.
Potential practices that can accommodate a body work session:
🔸 Verbal exercices & communication practices
🔸 Working with your inner sabotage systems and letting them speak, so they will then be more silent
🔸 Visualisations and meditations
🔸 Movement and releasing the pelvic floor muscles
🔸 Releasing your inner roar: finding your power!
Holding & Healing Touch
Touch, being held intimately and other sensory experiences can help you become more connected to your body, release tension and trauma, learn to trust again, restore your body's sensitivity and possibly reignite your sexual energy.
- Holding: this is literally you being held by me. With your head in my lap, while I stroke your face. Or your whole body curled up in my arms - slowly caressing you. This is probably one of the most healing and soothing ways to replenish yourself.
- Healing touch: varying in pressure, speed, focus and intensity, you may experience that your body becomes more receptive to different sensations which may even open up different emotions within you. Excitement, joy, but also sadness or shame may appear to the surface: all is welcome.
- Energetic massage: a massage that helps to release blocked energy and create a new flow of energy in your body.
- 5-element touch: to explore how your body responds to 5 different forms of physical contact and all it brings up.
- Havening Techniques ®: a deeply healing technique that includes touch and sensory input that can help you with traumatic memories, unhelpful beliefs, anxiety, phobias, and addiction. Learn more about Havening here!
This healing touch can stand on its own and can also be integrated in other forms of bodywork.
Please know all touch is one-way only: from me to you. If you feel like you want to be prepared well, check my boundary page here.
Stretching your edges with pain
Discomfort is not something we generally choose. Yet, think of ice baths... they're quite uncomfortable, but the feeling afterwards can be amazing. It's the same with pain; initially it's uncomfortable, yet the stimuli can also open up the body and release dopamine. Yes, it's like getting a fix, but without the crash afterwards. All within consent of course.
- ✼ Impact play: this includes instant, short administration of pain in which you can impact the body with (high) force. Think of slapping body parts with the hands, or using tools such as a whip, paddle, flogger or cane. Impact play invites you to move through different layers within yourself. When executed with utmost presence, love and attention, you will notice that this type of pain can take you out of your head, into your body and even into a deep meditative space.
- ✼ Finding your edges:it's not just pain that will stretch you. There are other forms of touch or tools that can feel very edgy and bring up emotions and discomfort. For some, even the softest touch with a finger can feel like the biggest edge. Others want to stretch themselves through Shibari. We stretch, yet within safety.

Therapeutic Shibari
Shibari: the Japanese art of bondage. It might sound like a paradox, but being tied up by somebody who is fully present with you and holds you in the process, can be exquisitely liberating.
The act of surrendering is an art in itself. And yet, it can deepen your ability to trust. To feel safe with what is here; even when emotions, fears or hidden desires appear.
Shibari is a wonderful tool to reconnect with your body, heighten your senses and lovingly face the themes that are apparent in your life. Think of accepting your new body after pregnancy. Or learning to open up your heart again after a break-up. Maybe even healing from abuse in your past.
I'm there by your side. The ropes are like an extension of my arms, holding you in the process.
D/s dynamics
In a D/s (Dominant / submissive) dynamic I step into the energy of my inner Dominatrix, so that you can fully be led by my me. Yes, I will tell you what to do and I expect you to obey. Obviously, within full range of what we agreed upon.
The D/s dynamic is primarily energetic, rather than physical. Even a commanding look can be enough when given with full presence and clarity. How can this help you?
✼ Sometimes stepping into a D/s space is a way to face parts of yourself that you struggle with. Think of shame, guilt, or desires you hardly talk about.
✼ A safe setting can pull you through these themes, so you face them instead of repressing them.
✼ The D/s energy can potentially create a base for other modalities including impact play, sensation play or shibari.
✼ Giving away control, surrendering to the leadership or dominance of a professional, can be very relaxing, even meditative.
✼ You may want to heal potential trust issues or create new imprints around (healthy) authority.
Please consider that if your intention is erotic or sexual only, I recommend you explore this with a lover; you won't need my therapeutic skills for that :)

It takes a lot of Trust
...to be touched, supported and held by somebody you haven't met before.
Especially when it comes to ropes, BDSM or other forms of bodywork, you want to feel as safe as possible.
So here's my promise to you.
Your Fullest, most Authentic, Rebelicious Expression
“Feeling whole and liberated starts on the inside. With you. Instead of thinking your way to it, how about making a new imprint through embodying your fullest expression?”
Talk first?
Working on yourself, facing your darkest struggles, maybe even owning some hidden desires can bring up discomfort or emotions. My aim is to create a space that's as safe as possible.
Please know that the intention is not to 'fix' anything; you're already whole. When I use the word' healing', it's not me doing the healing: it's you. I'm merely a vessel.
Feeling a little hesitant still? Book a free 30-minute consultation first. No strings attached.
Some must-knows
A bodywork session can easily take up to 2,5 - 3 hours, sometimes more. Your nervous system and body need time to arrive, get into it, feel safe and integrate again.
Pricing
I prefer working with you long-term, so we can actually see results. A one-off session is great, it can be cathartic even, and deeply healing, but it won't always last. The brain needs reps ;-). Commitment to a track creates true commitment to yourself and your healing.
Schedule a chat for more.
- Single bodywork sessions are 395 for 2,5-3 hours
- Pain administration / D/s sessions are 495 for 2,5-3 hours
*Incl. our pre-chats, preparation of the space, the intake, the session and follow-up. The work requires more than the hours you're physically here.
